By accessing or using EWU Faculty Reviews ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform.

Account Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account using your official East West University (@ewubd.edu) email address. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Post any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Post any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in the content you submit to the Platform (e.g., reviews). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, and distribute such content on the Platform.

The information provided on the Platform is for general informational purposes only. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability with respect to the Platform or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the Platform for any purpose.

In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
